We are a manufacturing plant. If we experience a problem, we need someone right away. Urban can handle just about anything, from hooking up equipment and reprogramming computers to dealing with high voltage electrical lines. For us, safety is important, we want things done right and they do things correctly.

Safety is always first at PPL and communication is the key to doing anything safely. Urban Electric is very good at communication. Before a job starts, they attend our tailboards and communicate in a very professional way. They are OSHA certified; they use the correct personal protective equipment; and they do excellent work.

We have worked with Urban Electric on a variety of transportation infrastructure projects including signalization, street lights and emergency situations. When we call on them, they respond in a very timely manner and they get us back in business as quickly as possible.
